Default Good reason to convert to Vista??

Can anyone give me some good reasons why I should change over to Vista? From what I hear there are even more inherent problems with this than there were with XP.

Tempted to by a Mac...

Well a Vista PC will be cheaper for you. Ultimately it will catch up and you'll end up with a decent machine, and it has good parental controls. Otherwise I don't see much good in it.

If you have not already upgraded to Windows Vista is may be worth waiting for Windows 7, it should not be too far off before its release. I think that the main thing you will be upgrading for is the ability to use multi-touch panels and other new user input devices which applications on older versions of windows will not be able to take advantage of.

I too was wondering why I should switch. I'm currently an XP user and see no reason to change to Vista or Mac for that matter. I like the way XP works and it, to me, is very user friendly.

There is no reason to switch. The only reason that I did was because when I needed to buy a new system, Vista was the only thing available anywhere that I went. Otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.
