Having a windows server issue? You've come to the right place. But before you get started, stop and think for a second about your problem. We want to help, but don't know your problem to the tee.

So please, when posting for server support(people pay $100/hr for this ), give us as many details as you can. Tell us what OS you are using, what kind of problem you're encountering, and in details what the problem is. If necessary(application issue, hacker issue, failed logon issue, hardware issue...etc) please locate the problem in event viewer and screenshot it to us. Sometimes it'll tell you your exact problem right then and there.


If it's a linux server, please do not post here. You can post linux questions in the upcoming linux forum.

i have windows server 2003 acting as file server. my question is:

i want other user can edit the file in share folder but not delete beside the owner.
