You can try numlock, other than that you can try logging in remotely from another PC that is on the networking(using computer manage) and see if the computer is recognizing the keyboard. You might not have used a plug in play keyboard.

Oh, by the way, you would right click my computer, click manage, right click computer management(local) and click connect to another computer. It may work this way however if RDP connections are disabled you might be screwed and locked out. You could try a keyboard you KNOW for a fact is PnP.
PS:This is why barely any servers have a 100% uptime. The need does arise sometimes, trust me.
