partition problem
i had a virus on my desktop, so put in the Dell system disc to re-install windows. When i was going through the
prompts on the screen it asked me which partition to install XP. I wanted to delete my "C" drive because thats
where the virus was but it wouldn't let me because it said there were setup files stored on that drive or something.
So i had to create a new partition, and when it asked me how big to make it i just left it at what it defaulted
to. Come to find out my old C drive is still on my computer, and i am now running on an "E" drive that is only 3.4
gigs, when the old "C" drive has a total of 72 gigs, which i can't free up or use.
Does anyone know how i can delete the old "c" partition. I'm not very computer literate but i know a decent amount.
any and all help is GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!
