I have a friend that has contacted me about a problem he is having while trying to browse the net. He has stated that he gets a message telling him his computer is infected with several viruses and that he needs to use a said product in order to remove them, and at no point is he able to surf on the Internet. I had him download fox fire so he would be able to try and go to different sites in order to research this deal. I had this virus about a year ago and got rid of it threw a patch windows put out, the problem now is, I can't remember what the name of the virus is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest him to reinstal windows if he know how. Because he is maybe infected by RAT or some other virus wich makes his computer vulnarable . That's my suggestion
