I found a kind of software just like a combination of everest and tuneup. “Wopti Utilities”.Well worth the price. Even after the 30-day trial, you can also use its whole functions.
There is no quick clean but if you go through each of the menu items, you will end up with a clean system.

That link is not working for me, comes up as a 404 (page not found). Wopti Utilities works though and I did poke around I might check it out more this weekend and see how it works on a test machine I have around here.
