Intermittent Problems with Outlook - Windows Forum

I have the full version of Outlook at home but I find that about once a month or so I have to go in and delete and then recreate my mail settings as for some reason they seem to no longer process mail. I've tried to see if it was maybe something else going on with my computer so have run every scan / diagnostic I have but it still happens.

I'm using Outlook 2007.

Any help would be appreciated.

Your mail settings are just randomly disappearing? I dont think I have heard that one before but it sounds a little odd. Have you checked your computer for anything that could be freaking out Outlook?

I've always found Outlook to be a bit quirky. I'd check the microsoft website to see if there are any known issues that would cause something like that to happen.
