What is the best site to go to to find out when a particular movie is showing at one of my local theaters? I am having a hard time finding an easy to use site that is reliable.

I use fandango. I think it's mainly for Regal Cinemas but I'm not certain. I've used it without any problems for the most part. It can be slow to load sometimes but overall the times are usually correct.
