Default Laptop Too Hot

The past few days my laptop is getting too hot. The dimms were hitting 62 degrees Celsius, and the graphics card and CPU were hitting 61.

Both dimms are doing it, even when just one is in the machine-but I'm not sure honestly if its the dimms causing it. Should I be looking at them, or at the internal fan, or graphics card?

You should shut down your laptop. your laptop will overheat if you did not do that.
Maybe you can add fan colling pad for your laptop. It will help
