I use ymlp to send out my business newsletters. I update my contacts list weekly. Using xp/outlook express it was no problem. The exporting was and still is easy. I export to a file, no problem. when i go to ymlp.com (their website) to import the contacts list i now have a problem. I browse for the files...no problem.....when i find it and attempt to select all the names/e-mail addresses to import them all at once it will not do so...i.e. the shift button which allows you to select the whole list of names at once does not do so...it only will allow one at a time........even in the help section this is the way it explains to do it and is the way i did it for years with outlook express....anyone have any ideas??
