I think I have heard OF Meebo before, but I have never actually tried it before. Maybe this warrants some investigation if I do say so myself.
Since you say it doesn't require a download, how exactly does it run? Through a Java applet or something else? I dislike Java personally, and I think that's what AIM express was using.
