The truth is that many people do things which are technically illegal online, such as downloading MP3 music, or old out of print video games or computer games. Should somebody be jailed, just because they don't want to pay $200 dollars for a used video game that has been out of print for over a decade? If you downloaded even one game or Mp3, you are still doing something which is illegal.
