ICQ revamped at some point, I think around 2002ish perhaps, and became much closer to MSN in the interface. I've got a nice low number as well (three digits or four) but I haven't used it in ages. They never really shook the "geeky" image which is daunting to some people. Most people do seem to use the unholy trinity of AIM/MSN/Yahoo these days.
