I would rather try to clone again from scratch rather than trying to repair the failed clone. There is this free utility for cloning disks Clonezilla live Maybe this will be successful in your case.
According to those instructions you can check in the BIOS/UEFI if virtualisation is enabled. What computer motherboard do you use? Could you take some screenshots of the BIOS/UEFI menu options and upload them here? There must be an option regarding virtualisation.

Sorry, my bad. Somehow I assumed you had more than 1 monitor and just wanted to test this one. Normally you need another monitor in order to test if the computer works. Otherwise how to check whether the monitor is defective or the graphics card on the computer or something else.

Rather than spending time trying to identify the cause of the BSOD in Windows 10, I would install Linux Debian Stable (Buster). I have been using it for many years and Skype (Zoom too) works without any problem. I can help you with installation and configuration if you want.
Is Windows up to date on your computer? When you tried to use Spotify or YouTube were there any video games running or any application that requires a lot of CPU or RAM?
It could be done by editing the registry but I DON'T RECOMMEND THAT. Is Windows up to date on your computer? It seems to me that Windows is corrupted on your computer.
Whether it copies all of it again or not, in the end it will have the same size if nothing has changed and as far as I know Windows does not allow duplicate files and folders. Just try to create identical files or folders and see what happens.
