Just my thoughts: before trying anything else, let it dry: open it, as instructed above, remove if possible the battery, let it dry for at least a night in warm and dry place, close to your heating, and test it again. You never know.

Try to get access to the Source of the Message. I get into it by opening MS webmail, it opens an on-line Outlook. Select the message, right click on the message, select option: Weergeven in Duch, in English Show?, than select Source of Message. There you find the Message header lines like...

Block that email addres, report it as phishing, I know that Outlook these options supports. Other email clients?

How about letting Windows reinstalling itself? Then you continue with a fresh copy, ruling out problems with drivers.....

The number of bites free in dir C:\Users\guthrie\Desktop tells me that it is located on Onedrive, and you can't delete it. I am out off options.... 🤔

Your first picture shows Onedrive. IMHO it is stil interfering somewhere. Maybe restoring the initialen set up, giving onedrive what it wants. Or opening Onedrive? Again I have no direct answer. Somebody else?

It look likes you are running Onedrive and I think Onedrive generated those messages. Many times Onedrive interferes with what I wants, because it is synchronisation tool. I don't have a direct answer. Try opening Onedrive and expiriment. Sorry
